General oversight of all churches outside Nigeria, Establishment of the lord's chosen church all over the world. training and organising conference for all the pastors and workers of the church outside nigeria, selecting.posting and transferring of the pastors outside the nigeria from one nation to another. Ensuring that the threefold vision of the church and the ten billion soul mandate is actualized in the lord's chosen church is planted in all the cities and nations of the world. Visiting all the places is established and ensuring growth and fulfillment of the mandate of the lord.
