YOUTH DEPARTMENT

There shall be Youth Department in the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry from the Headquarter to other locations National and International. The church is divided under three sections namely, Adult, Youth Children, in which the Youth Department exist 1 John 2:12-14. WHO IS A YOUTH? A youth according to the United Nation Definition is a young person from the age of 12yrs and above. But here in the church, we try to put many things under considerations, we then conclude that those who make up or consist of the Youth Department are those from Secondary School of J. s. s. 1-s. s. s. 3, those that are working, trading, having or doing one vocational work the other. Ex-students are also included. OUR VISSION To nurture the youths spiritually, academically, socially as to achieve the three fold vision of the church as follows: v Grassroots revival all over the world Mark. 16;15; Luke 19:10 v Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ 1Pet. 2:9; Act 2:17 v Revival of heavenly consciousness in the heart of the youths and ten billion souls mandate Mathew 6:33; John 14:1-3. YOUTH ARRANGEMENT IN THE CHURCH

There should be a separate stand for the youths in the church.

THE QUALIFICATION OF A YOUTH WORKER

Any youth who intend to join the work force of the department must be genuinely born again, sanctified, cleared outstanding restitution, must under go a training under the Youth Department and personal interview base on the teaching, must under go water baptism and deliverance.

THE QUALIFICATION OF A LEADER

The Youth Leader shall be qualified to lead if he or she is genuinely born again, sanctified, must have cleared all outstanding restitution and have a spiritual balance, must have a sound communication ability, must also be socially and mentally mature to be able to lead the Youth which we know are from different caliber. He or she must also know the three fold vision of the church.

CHAINS OF LEADERSHIP IN THE YOUTH MINISTRY

There shall be a National Youth Pastor that will have an office at the National Headquarter.

There shall be an Assistant National Youth Co-coordinator

There shall be a National Youth Sister Leader

There shall be State Co-coordinators in all the state

There shall be Zonal Co-coordinators in all the state

There shall be Regional Leaders in all the states

There shall be National Sectional Heads which comprises of the Prayer Warrior Head, the Usher Head, The Evangelist Head, The Chorister Head, The Security Head, The Technician Head, etc.

There shall be Branch Representatives in all the state

There shall be State Prayer Warrior Leader, Head usher, Choir Master, etc.

There shall be Youth Workers in all the locations.

CONFERENCE FOR YOUTH AND LEADERS

v There shall be annual Youth holiday programme that may be on State level, State Combined level or National Level, that will bring the youth together for two days, or three as may be approved by the General Overseer and should be by  3^rd quarter of every year.

v There shall be Zonal or Regional Youth Programme for al the Zones or Region in the National or beyond. It must be a day or two days programme.

v There shall be annual National Youth Leaders conference and it will comprise of all the Youth Leaders from the Nation and beyond for the conference that will last two days and the venue shall be at the Headquarter.
